At The Josephs Group, we offer non-profit consulting services which aid all types of charitable organizations in every aspect of their business development. Our lead consultant on non-profit affairs has worked in this sector for nearly 20 years. In that time she has helped companies obtain nonprofit status, create sustainable sources of operating income, written grants in excess of $600,000 and she has provided guidance on compliance issues to ensure that her clients fully maintain their charitable status. We understand what it takes to be successful in the non-profit sector and we believe that our experience can provide your company with the peace of mind that you’re looking for.
When starting or running a nonprofit it’s important to remember to do the little things right. So many companies are anxious to get up and going that they forget to build the right organizational foundation before they begin the process of conducting business. Our leadership has helped numerous corporations obtain their 501(c)(3) status. We work closely with our clients to make sure that they begin this initial stage with the best Board of Directors that they can possibly have. We understand that each person on the Board should serve a vital function and they should progressively work towards aiding the nonprofit reach its goals.
It’s important to remember that non-profit doesn’t mean no-profit. Just because your business is charitable, it should still be able to make enough money to comfortably sustain multiple salaries including your own. In addition to our lead consultant on non-profit affairs, the Josephs Group has 2 in-house MBA’s who are ready and willing to aid in your business development process. All of our consultants are active entrepreneurs who have Fortune 500 experience, and their work spans many industries. We’re a group of entrepreneurs who all own other businesses and come together to lend our experience to businesses that want to be successful. We differ from most consulting companies because we actually use the advice we give. We would never tell you to do something that we haven’t already tried and we would never advise you to invest money in technology or processes that we have personally used ourselves.
